Island Signature Tierra Madre

From Island Signature comes this Guatemalan rum, dubbed Tierra Madre (or 'Mother Earth'). It's distilled from sugar cane juice, and then aged in oak at a high altitude. The result is a honeyed, fruity expression, and its light flavour profile is sure to make it a winner in a simple Highball!
Ripe lychee and nectarine, followed by sandalwood, touches of pepper and honey.
