Schönes sattes Bernstein mit Kupferreflektionen im Glas.
In der Nase typisch Guyana. Frisch gebackene Brötchen mit Honig bestrichen und mit tropischen und mediterranen Früchten belegt. Pfirsich, Mango, Honigmelonen, Ananas und ein ganzer Dschungel mehr. Leicht getoastetes Holz mit Mineralstaub bepudert, Karamelldüfte steigen aus den aufgequollenen Poren empor. Einfach zum liebhaben !
Am Gaumen erwecken die 58.3 % sanft !! alle Rezeptoren die jetzt die volle Wucht der Aromen aufnehmen können. Die Brötchen werden nun aufgetischt, das grosse Buffet ist eröffnet. Eine unglaubliche Auswahl harmonischer Aromen. Vanille, Karamell, Holz, Harz, Waldbeeren, Kardamom und vieles mehr erschaffen innert kurzer Zeit fantastische Aromen Welten die entdeckt werden wollen.
Im Abgang super lang, karamellig und cremig weich zieht er sich dahin und lässt die Aromen noch einmal geduldig Revue passieren.
Was für ein tolles Teil ! So wie ein Guyana Rum sein muss, leider nicht mehr leicht zu finden. Deshalb liebe ich diese Einzelfass Abfüllungen, immer ein einmaliges delikates Erlebnis.

In the nose typical Guyana. Freshly baked rolls smeared with honey and topped with tropical and mediterranean fruits. Peach, mango, honeydew melon, pineapple and a whole jungle more. Lightly toasted wood powdered with mineral dust, caramel scents rise from the swollen pores. Simply to love !
On the palate, the 58.3% gently !! awakens all the receptors that can now absorb the full force of the flavors. The rolls are now dished up, the big buffet is opened. An incredible range of harmonious flavors. Vanilla, caramel, wood, resin, wild berries, cardamom and much more create within a short time fantastic flavor worlds that want to be discovered.
In the finish super long, caramel and creamy soft it pulls along and lets the flavors once again patiently review.
What a great part ! Just as a Guyana Rum must be, unfortunately no longer easy to find. That's why I love these single barrel bottlings, always a unique delicate experience.
