Savanna 2003 Single Cask No251 La Lave 15-Year

This is one of the Savanna single cask wild Island edition series. ABV 66,5 one of 420 bottles and aged in ex-cognac cask for 15 years.

This is Grand Arome when it is best. High on esters, strong and fantastic nose and palate. A fine line between smell and taste. I get salt licorice, Olive and a light burn consider it’s high on alcohol. Really interesting aftertaste with green leaves and small hint of mint. The Lava is a top top rum from Savanna and one of the best they have ever made.

Insane grand arome from savanna. Obsessed with their stuff. Inky, smoky, funky, fruity. Everything all ar once in grwt balance.
