Ochutnal jsem jen trochu, ale cítil jsem jen alkohol. Mám radši tmavší rumy s plnou chutí.

Great citrus nose shows the age, but this is not sipping rum, very sharp, also sour and bitter taste from the aging process.

Thin body, light, small leg, taste of honey not too strong

Perfect smooth and dry taste. My favourite number 1

This rum reminds me sour mash up to 5 year aged bourbons. The taste is flowery and all other tones are rather blend. The smell, I agree with others, is rather alcohol.

Supergod och väldigt fruktig. Känns att det är en jamaikansk där annans tar över smaken, men inte på ett otrevlig sött sätt som den där plantation...

strong alcohol smell which I don't like. Smell should change if you drink it together with smoking cigar but I don't know. I am no smoker.

Coruba 12 year 'Cigar' has a strong alcohol smell to it, very light color, very dry and close to a cheap cognac. Afterburn has a strong alcohol to it, so it really struggles even a 4 score. One of the worst Jamaican rums I have ever tried.

Sicher nicht Jedermanns Rum, nicht so lieblich wie Andere,
aber genau das macht es aus.
Etwas herb und sperrig in der Nase und Gaumen, Karamell und Toffee.
Man braucht etwas zeit mit Ihm, wie bei einer guten Zigarre.
Einer für alle Tage, nicht süss.

Sure, not everyone's rum, not so lovely as others, but that's what makes it.
Slightly tart and bulky in the nose and palate, caramel and toffee.
You need some time with him, like a good cigar.
One for all days, not sweet.

I regret buying this one. Only taste alcohol with a bitter end! The smell allready tells you. Feels like drinking a mixer rum. Tried it with a cigar, still don't like it. Maybe it's me and the fact that I like a more sweet rum. Won't pour it down the drain, but mix it with cola. Hope it tastes better!
