Purtroppo la realtà è diversa.
Bottiglia: carina, ricoperta di carta grossa, con cera lacca nella zona tappo. voto 7.
Naso: profumo dolce, intenso, dove prevalgono i fiori di garofano, su altre spezie. Voto 7.
Palato: sapore dolcissimo di fiori di garofano, forse arancia, ma troppo, troppo ZUCCHERO. Il sapore non è equilibrato e rotondo, ma sbilanciato e dopo 2 sorsi stanca, ed anche tanto. Voto 6.
Persistenza: Non superiore ad altri rum più delicati di questo. Il sapore non vira su altri aromi, sempre lo stesso che arriva al palato. Voto 6

Cosa dire in proposito? A molti piace ed ha buonissime recensioni, a me ricorda i digestivi di montagna a base di erbe, dolcissimo, quasi stomachevole. Non vedo l'ora che sia finito, ora che l'ho travasato in altra bottiglia di vetro da rum.
Lo proverò con ghiaccio o diluendolo con acqua, per far arrivare meno zucchero o con coca, sapendo che sarà dolce comunque, per finirlo prima.
Se volete prenderlo come vin brulè, va bene, se vi aspettate un rum, andate su altro.

This Rum totally surprised me!

This is a sipping Rum that needs no ice and definitely no mix. Smooth and very flavorful with some spices that light up your palette! I will go buy another bottle to always have on the shelf for special guests (if it lasts that long)

Maybe a bit overspiced... But I love it. So far one of the best spiced rums I've had.
First smel a bit too much fragrance... Cinnamon, orange, vanilla...
First taste is overwhelming. Perfect mix of spices... Almost no alcohol afterburn. Maybe it'd be a good idea to mix an icecube to dilute all the spices and use every tastebud.

Strong spiced flavour, worth trying at least once!

Better than must but I have to confess, I am over it already. Will every rum distiller send a memo to marketing and ask them to COME UP WITH SOMETHING ELSE??? Is shelf space and merchandising really worth your souls???? No more. PLEASE!

The base of this rum is pretty soft and smooth. But, it's spiced and in my opinion way too much nutmeg in here, it really dominates the flavour

Hesitant to rate it a ten but can’t think of what would improve it. Good to drink neat, very smooth; not harsh at all. Slight bitterness.

V zásade, spiced rumy nie sú moja šálka kávy, no chcel som po čase skúsiť niečo nové a práve tento rum má tu na stránke až neobvykle vysoký priemerný rating. Fľaša je ťažká, vzhľadom k atypickej overall-etikete pôsobí veľmi svojsky. Už vôňa dáva tušiť, že tentokrát sa medzi spices dostali aj iné ingrediencie ako tradičná vanilka, škorica a koreniny. Konkrétne ide o zázvor a bylinky, v našich končinách tak často používané v likéroch typu Becherovka, Demänovka, Horec... Chuť to jasne potvrdila, vzhľadom k množstvu pridaného cukru to je v podstate likér. Bylinný likér, s o niečo vyššou voltážou, konkrétne 42,6%. Fajn, dá sa to piť, nič mi na ňom neprekáža, až na cenu. Vyššiespomenuté fľašky kúpim za rádovo menší peniaz. Tu žiaľ nedostanem žiadnu pridanú hodnotu - nikde ani známky o tom, že pijem rum. Ja mám rád dubové, tabakové a kožené tóny, no tu dostávam len sladký zázvorovo-bylinný likér.

Though I am more into straight rums nowadays, this spiced rum can be enjoyed on the rocks! But also in the mix. Orange notes combined with spices.

Ver surprising, but delicious flavour with perfectly balanced spices that makes you want more.
