Golden Buck Dark Infused with Cherry & Vanilla

I want to start my review by saying that Golden Buck smells absolutely gorgeous, because the moment you open the bottle you are instantly hit with the delicious aroma of cherry. Drank neat, this rum is quite sweet, with a alcohol burn that is a bit on the rough side for my liking. But never fear , because when mixed with Coca-Cola, Golden Buck gets much better. Turned into a long drink the cherry and vanilla flavours are enhanced to such a degree, that you get to appreciate them independently of each other. First the cherry assaults your taste buds, in a good way of course. Then immediately afterwards, you get the hit of the vanilla as the rum glides down your throat. All this adds up to Golden Buck being a fully loaded saccharine delight, which every rum drinker with a sweet tooth should definitely experience for themselves.
