Plantation 2007 Panama Champagne Finish 13-Year

Somehow neutral on nose, with a bit of alcohol_pleasure touch of something fruity, natural, new.

Deliciously sweet just into the target! Smooth and smooth, but not oily. Random citrus muscat nut notes perform symphony for a ...

Well... just for while. The aftertaste feels relatively shot, that requires to renew the glass )

It is not that often you see rum matured in Champagne cask. This one is with
Tropical ageing 10 years in bourbon cask
Continental ageing 2 years in Ferrand cask and furthermore finished 1 year in Champagne cask. Nose is Apricot, vanille, caramel, grape and wine with muscat tones.

Palate, sweet, you can actually feel and taste boble Champagne together with vanille and lemon pepper. It feels like even though it’s with abv 46 it feels light and a bit easy sipper for my taste, but not bad at all.

Interesting rum. A wide range of fragrances and flavors. From fresh tobacco leaves, through cognac, to dark chocolate with raisins.

Deset let v sudech po bourbonu, dva roky ve Francii v sudu po koňaku Ferrand a následně ještě rok v sudu po šampaňském.

Aroma: Krémová, jemnější, neagresivní vůně s hřebíčkem a včelími plástvemi. Vosk, trochu větrová, čerstvé dřevo, piliny. (87 b)
Chuť: Jemná, krémová, příjemná, pikantní chuť. Čerstvé dřevo, bílá čokoláda, hřebíček, med a i ten vliv bílého vína se dá vystopovat. Pikantní dochuť. (87 b)
Body: 87/100
Shrnutí: Decový vzorek stačil na několik ochutnávek. Pohodový kousek.
