One of the better spiced rums to be found

The aroma and taste hit first whereby cinnamon dominates. Their website also mentions cloves, nutmeg, roasted coffee, almonds and fruits. I don't get the coffee notes at all (maybe because I am used to drinking rums from Dictador where coffee is much more pronounced), but the others are all hiding underneath the cinnamon in this harmonious blend.
For comparisons, I tasted this one side by side against Foursquare Spiced, which has a very dominant cinnamon profile. This Fifolet is much more subdued with the cinnamon and certainly deserves attention for those looking for 80 proof spiced rums. Actually, I have this rum rated in my top 20% of the 30 spiced rums that I have reviewed on this site.
