That's some good stuff
Another Agricole from Savanna. This is high ester stuff.
The nose is rich, saturated and also funky like a Jamaica rum. I get dry fruits, honey, wax, some rubber, esters (pineapple), some acid, apple, glue. Also deeper in the glas some grains, floral notes, some barrel and leather.
It's a strong nose, also a little bit dirty.
The taste starts sour with acid and other sour notes like lime, my mouth gets dry. The nose promised another flavors, this was unexpected. Then I get apples, leather, some grains and wax. The most of the initial taste is wasted to strong sour notes.
In the middle I get the pineapple, apples and glue. The taste is also sour but I can enjoy it more now.
Some lime, grasy notes and grains are also there.
Finish starts with spice, apples and flowery notes. There is just some lime, not very sour now. Continues with wild leather and some medical notes. This is nice.
The aftertaste is very tasty, with sour apple, grains, lime, flowery notes and some heavy flavors like wild leather and a medical note.
The nose is great, but the initial taste is too sour and it's also a little bit too spicy. The middle taste and the finish are nice. The aftertaste is great. Overall I would rate this one with 86 points.
