An Australian cachaca ? Well, thats what its portrayed as. Even served to me at Tambourine Mountain Distillery by a lovely Brazilian girl.. very apt ! Fiery and grassy on sipping , slight citrus notes , but no sipper here !! Toned it down with some tonic water.. never tried it in a caipirinha as recommended by my new friend !
