Rum incredibilmente dolce e fruttato. Al naso spicca l'albicocca, al palato vellutato e morbidissimo.

Pleasant rum, not dessert, rather dry, spicy, tart, but without oak, very good.

Nice, non aggressive nose, slightly floral with a hint of sweetness. As said before, Cognac in color (maybe a tad darker). Spice and alcohol first in the mouth with banana and a bit of clove. Not overly sweet. Nicely balanced. A good sipping rum, and certainly up to anything you care to mix it with. I like it a lot...love, no.

A interesting rum, sweet on the palate with fruity notes of pineapple, banana and fruits. Beautiful mineral and vegetal notes in the end.

43% ABV. Very herbal. Sweet grass. Peppermint and cherries. Anise. Mulled cider. Cinnamon, clove? Cranberries. Brine. More cider on the palate. Hint of bitterness. Medium finish.

Very interesting that this reminded me so much of spiced cider. Hopefully it wasn't just in the air around me... Anyway, still a pleasingly dry Bally with numerous spice elements for interest.

Color: cognac
Aroma: light, floral, medical, grilled sugar, herbaceous, fruit, notes of cocoa, in the background vanilla
Taste: dry, slightly spirtuzen, herbs, medicine, salt
Aftertaste: short to medium, soft, sweet, herbaceous, peppery

Good rum. 85 points
