I always underestimate almond flavor in liquor or liqueurs because it’s easy to go the artificial route. Not the case here. Makes for a natural tasting rum that goes down smooth.

This was a first for me. Almond flavored rum. It is sweet and thick, the molasses really makes a showing. The almond and honey can definitely be tasted. Not traditional by rum standards, but not a slap in the face. I prefer it by itself on the rocks. Not sure what I would mix it with..if I felt the need to do so.
