Found this in a local wine store, £35. Quite light in colour but one of the smoothest rums out there.
There’s something on the nose I can’t fathom, a mild burn that is full of toffee and caramel, that’s surprisingly no where near as sweet as you would imagine.
Described as “100% pure, single pot, oak aged” it’s the best thing to come out of Cornwall since clotted cream.
A truly top notch sipping rum.

Ps, one of the best corks I’ve seen. Proper job as they say in Cornwall.

Intriguing aroma, reminds one of a Japanese whiskey/high end tequila. Very drinkable, light flavour, little burn. A very new rum with rewards to its name.
