EN: a light, slightly yellowish rum with a sweet, slightly vanilla smell
although it is a dry rum, it still feels a fruity sweetness, the aroma seems like honey, bananas and vanilla with a slightly bitter aftertaste
the alcohol may feel a little harsher than it should for a rum with 40.5 alcohol concentration, but it does not unbalance and is released gradually
The colour is pale, not inspiring for someone who prefers gold and aged molasses rums. The aroma reminiscent of Caribbean cocktails. The taste... Smooth, sweet, crisp and fresh with a after taste of coconut, almost a shame to mix it with anything but ice. A real surprise and delight for someone that doesn't normally like white rum.

Nosing β light spices, vanilla, toffee and a touch of coconut.
"This is a pretty spicy affair. Lots of oak spice, ginger and more than a touch of bitterness. Itβs a very dry rum. Finish wise itβs a little short in terms of flavour. ."

Not bad just needs to up the abv 7 out of 10
This is clearly Foursquare but quite a weak one in years and abv ... The usual banana Caribbean notes from the distillery mixed with oak ... Would be immense if it dialled the abv up a bit.. shame could have been special
