Enjoyed a bottle of HSE 2005 Single Malt Finish on a sunny Sunday. Bottle and label design look very nice. Golden color. Smokiness is prevalent, the first thing you get is smokiness when opening up the bottle. Strong oak and the traditional whisky like burn. Surprisingly dry. For whisky lovers, add 2 points.

Sugar cane juice. dry.
i smell smoke! i smell whisky! i smell rhum! spice, vanilla.
i taste the full bomb. smokehead islay whisky finish with a backpack of the sea ad phenols! still the rhum is breathing on the top. great work.
10/10 - subtract 9 points if you like sweet rum and don´t like peaty whisky!
a very special rhum with an extraordinary taste! not for every moment. try it if you are on a experimental trip!
