Nice pineapple spiced. Sweeter that Plantation pineapple, but similar.

I personally prefer their original attempt, but this one is still pretty moorish.

Easy to drink straight or with coke, ting or ginger beer. Can't really go wrong.

I jumped on this spiced rum from the Duppy Share once I heard about it.

Taking the Blend of a 3-year old Jamaican and a 5-year old Barbadian and mixing it up with pineapple and kola nut. What a smooth drink.

Straight it isn't too complex, and is quite safe, in fact the expected jamaican funk is quite muted, which could be a good or bad thing depending on your preference. It is smooth enough without being too sweet, so can easily be enjoyed straight.

Mixed, this totally comes alive, with Cola, you could be forgiven for thinking you had a splash of pineapple juice in your drink.

Overall great quality rum for the price, will certainly be a favourite for many, but for me the rum flavours are too muted, and too 'safe', making it clearly aimed for a mainstream audience. That being said this is a high quality drink so a worthy addition to that crowd.

But if you have tried Admiral Stiggins Fancy, which is one of my favourites, you're unlikely to be impressed.
