Montebello Blanc 50

Fantastic nose for an Agricole Blanc. Sweetness from the cane dominates but there are also some citrus I believe. In mouth it’s a little bit oily which I think make it generous. In the end it’s of course a little bit dry and quite strong and the afterburn hangs on for quite a while.
For me it’s OK to zip neat, but maybe not for everyone. I’m sure that it will match perfect in a Ti Punch.
At last I must say that it’s a pity that it’s no longer possible to find it with the old beautiful label.

Promissing fruity smell, specific to agricole rum, very strong taste...well unfortunately in a bad way.. nothing you wanna try again..

50% abv. This rum has a tremendous nose. Super grassy, with some hay. I really felt like I was getting my vegetables! It's very "round". There's something plasticy—what I sometimes call "clean diaper" smell—fortunately not too much of that; it just helps keep things interesting.

This rum is good if you like super grassy, punchy agricoles, but I'm satisfied with one pour.

Très parfumé, fruité.
Ce rhum convient parfaitement pour les ti punch.

Ce rhum est atypique.il a une fermentation plus longue, ce qui lui confere un gout de canne tres fort que je n ai jamais retrouve ailleurs.il peut meme se boire sur glace.il est parfait en ti punch.belle reussite.c mon blanc prefere de guadeloupe.je v essayer les vieux cette annee avec envie.note 7.9.
