This golden rum has a very sweet note of banana, it is very easy to drink and offers a hint of burnt sugar on the end of the drink. Very nice if you like bananas, otherwise stay away. Enough of a boozy hit to make this a banana rum rather than a banana rum liquor.

Its just banana but what does one do with it after one novelty drink.

There are better banana rums out there. Discarded Banana Peel for one. However, this is a very serviceable one.

Light in colour. Genuine over-ripe banana (not banana peel or artificial banana) aroma. Taste is sweet, smooth and again true banana flavour. For those, like me, who like rum and bananas this is heaven. Everybody else, send it my way please. :-)

Got a dram of this in the advent calendar. The odd glass of this is nice. No more than one for me though.

More ice ceram instead of rum, but I like it! Buy one bottle.

I first tried this neat but it was just too sweet for me with the banana and other flavors too overpowering. However, after I used it as a mixer it was pretty good and I'm guessing that's how it's intended to be used.

Was gifted a bottle of this in about 1999, i tried drinking it neat, not a very pleasant experience, i tried it with coke, better but still not nice, so i imagine to get the best taste out of this rum you'd have to use it as a mixer in some sort of cocktail.
