From just cursory research I see Bacardi makes at least 34 different rums. I have tried over 20. In the USA liquor store rum sections are overrun with all theses variations. There is scarcely room on the shelves for any thing good. Many American bars have just Bacardi. In the 20 or so that I have tried, only 2 are worth drinking. Oakheart and surprisingly, the coconut. The rest are downright horrible! This lime edition however takes Bacardi to a new all time low. Granted, not far to fall, but they managed. Here is my review; Bacardi Lime is swill. It’s terrible. I wouldn’t serve it to my ex-wife...or her attorney! It isn’t a mixer, it isn’t a sipper. It might clean your drains and make your pipes flow better! Pour it out!
From the Forbidden Hole stash, courtesy of a lil mini bottle. I am glad this experience is over.

Aroma: smells like a lime dum-dum lollipop
Flavor: and it tastes like a lime dum-dum lollipop. Sometimes the added flavors are interesting, perhaps add a vibe to the rum. Not so in this case - much is lost with the addition of this "flavor," to the degree that there is nothing I would suggest mixing this with.
Perhaps if a person was confronted by a smelly mascot costume, this liquid be squirted on the fabric to sterilize it and cover the odor - that would be the best possible use of it.
In the nipper bottle from Total Wine for under a Buck. Pours clear with an aroma of 7Up and alkaseltzer. Crazy up front lime candy sweetness. Thick and syrupy. Bad rum burn at the finish. I suspect this might work in club soda. Otherwise, yuk.
