This one could be a strong contender as a good white mixing rum. Pretty smooth with notes of sugarcane and vanilla. The finish isnโt terrible and leaves a hint of sweetness with minimal burn. Pretty solid.
Grassy aroma with a bit of a sour note. Slight medicinal taste with a bitter aftertaste.
Was surprised to see rum from Texas but I have to say it is sippable for those that like stronger rums otherwise would do just fine in a stiff cocktail. Burns on the nose a bit but you can taste the quality craft in it a bit of wood (oak?) and some vanilla notes as well
I am not sure why we have white rum but it is not something I enjoy. There were no interesting flavors, no layers of complexity, and an uninteresting finish.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Not a bad white rum!

I'm generally not a big fan of white rums, but I like this one.
Smells and tastes of sugarcane, oak, with a touch of vanilla. I like this for a white rum!
