Legendario Elixir de Cuba 7-Year

This rum ended up being the highlight of my trip to cuba , everything was meh except this rum

It advertises itself as elixir, so no protest from me, still better than Captain Morgan.

Elixír - je klasicky hodně sladký s chutí po hrozinkách a karamelu. Je výborný pro popíjení v kruhu přátel. Není moc silný. Každý si v něm najde to svoje. Za mě vzhledem k ceně velice dobré pití .

Klasika, sladký rumový elixír. Chuť po rozinkách, karamelu, trochu pomeranče. "Žádný jiný kubánský rum nechutná stejně jako Legendario", tento popis v některých obchodech jej plně vystihuje.

This is so sweet that when you add seven up to it, it is actually LESS sweet. I feel like I am drinking syrup. It doesn't have alot of redeeming qualities.

Very very sweet, liqueur rather than rum. More of a ladies liqueur than rum

Maybe had higher expectations for being a cuban rum but it turned out to be too sweet… good for cuba libre or to compliment piña coladas.

This elixir is quite good and have full rum and fruity taste. But It can be too sweet for someone. Maybe a bit of ice could help with overwhelming sweetness

About approx. 20 bottles I have to say it's sweet. Very nice taste and smell, but too sweet. Good sipping rum, good with Havana cigars.

This one is very good dessert for sipping after meal. Rich flavours. I always keep one bottle nearby for visitors.
