8:The nose of this rum begins with light, supple caramel, butterscotch. Molasses and toasted wood then descend to deeper notes. Then tobacco and vanilla add a little variety to the profile. The nose is that of a very sweet, light rum, smooth and velvety.
Aeration won't alter this profile, and the rum remains soft, like a tender caramel. The vanilla, too, is delicate. There's also a certain sweetness that leads us towards caramel candy. Resting gives the caramelized nuts and coconut time to spice things up a little.
8,5:The palate entry is surprising, gripping the taste buds like a piece of toasted wood. The rum is much less round than expected, for although the sensation is sweet, the caramel aromas are quite dry and dark. Then the rum softens again, with honey and vanilla, and hints of roasted nuts.
8:The finish is soft and sweet, with burnt and roasted notes that linger on the tongue.

First he seems to slow, to weak, to gently. but the more you drink, you‘ll find out, that this smooth taste with warm honey notes is one of the best. he is charming and as with the girlfriend who never makes a queen out of herself, you are the only one who kows, that if she would like to, she would beat even Paris Hilton, but she is too shy. So you‘ll have her all for your own, enjoy.

Easy and sweet on the nose, lot of syrup and honey notes and definitely wood/oak. Bit on the sweet side with fruity notes and light woodish taste. Woody taste gets stronger on the after pallette, which also has long lasting spicy tickle.

I think it feels less aged than it actually is. Nevertheless, it's a very solid classical Dominican rum but to be honest - for it's price you can find more sophisticated rums for sure.

En dejlig blød rum. dejlig sipper, træder ingen over tærene.

I tried it so many times. For me it is better than Gran Reserva 15-year.
