The packaging is very nice... For the rest, it's hyper sweet so yes very easy to drink but the flavor is suspicious ... Not for a straight up drinking, maybe in mixed drinks.

Beautiful packaging. New country on the rum map but clearly not up to the rest of world rum production. Sweet caramel texture but I doubt it was really aged knowing well Philippines strategies to cheat and make immediate profit. Looks like a spiced rum rather than aged rum with lot of glycerine in it :(

Quite terrible ! Nice rum to discover but not for rum lovers. Keep the empty bottle though ...

A very nice present to a non rum-drinker... It looks like a good rum. But as soon as you lower your nose into the glass you wonder what it is and how it can be appreciated. It's way to sweet and has a very strong orange peel aroma so I would mix it with club soda or ginger ale and add some thyme or rosemary to balance. Difficult to drink straight and coca is a definite no go!

If first impressions are anything to go by the bottle sells itself. It is a great looking present! The flavour are deep oak with a strong vanilla aftertaste great over just one ice cube. This will always have a place in my drinks cupboard.

Pretty interesting one - full of oak & flavours of caramel.
Smooth on the finish.
Liked it ... But not as much as the Diplomatico.

Too sweet, strong taste of vanilla and sweet citrus. Nice bottle, but nothing for people who dislike vanille flavor...

The bottle is truly beautiful. And that's about it for the upsides.
The smell is very sweet and feels quite artificial. Cough syrup is pretty good comparison. And by no means is this flavored just by aging in oak. The rum has a very strong smell of orange peel and there are some spices inside as well. That by itself would not be a problem if this rum was marketed as spiced rum, but it definitely is not.
This was a big disappointment for me.
