DRY rums from the Dominican Republic
Are there any decent rums produced in the Dominican Republic that are not altered with sugar, i.e. NO ADDED SUGAR?
The brands Barcelo and Brugal have some bottlings without added sugar.
Check Captain Jimbo's list. If the value is maximum 5gpl it means that no sugar is added.
if you re asking for well aged rum (sipper) i know no one unsweetened, brugal 1888 have just few grams but for me too much, also matusalem 15 not too much (both over 5 grams per liter), but i never found an aged Dominican without sugar
