Hi Ray, sorry for the delay - our CS person had to leave unexpectedly. Yes we do typically pass on tracking info when we receive it from our shipping retail partner. Have you received your shipment yet? Did you sign up for the Tasting Club or was it a 1-off bottle order?
Same issue. Placed an order on Nov. 11 have not received tracking info and the order has not yet been delivered. Wrote an email to support@rumratings.com but no response. Please let me know how to contact you and track the order. Thanks.
Sorry about that Agustin, we had a backlog of shipments with our retail partner that I'm assured is now being cleared as we speak. It's a new partner and we're just working out the kinks, they don't always provide us tracking numbers to pass on unfortunately.
It's surprisingly complicated to ship spirits in the US - we still want to provide the RR community with unique rums, especially when we know the producers. But we also always have the risk of delays and limited tracking.
Sorry again about all the hassles, things 'should' not only be moving now but also in the future. In the worst case scenario if we're ever not able to deliver something we of course would refund your payment - lets hope it doesn't get to that.

Hi Agustin, Angel just told me all backlogged rums have been shipped - I believe you should have now received a correspondence?
FYI we just switched the FULL system over to RR instead of CrateJoy which we previously relied on and was hard to use - so really hoping everything will run smoothly moving forward :)
