Equiano 8yo is a fantastic and complex rum. It's quality is similar to Doorly's XO but, in my opinion, it is richer and more exotic it taste.
There is also another 100% Grays distillery rum from Mauritius - Lazy Dodo. It has much citruses and tropical fruits notes. Equiano is a kind of mixture of woody Foursquare product with the tropical and slightly sweeter (meaning the natural sweetness, not adding sugar) and fruitier rum from Grays. I strongly recommend this one!

Equiano Original 8-year Rum
Hi everyone, first post on here.
Can anyone provide their opinion on Foursquare and Gray's Equiano 8-year rum? I am not familiar with Grays.
Specifically, how does it compare to other similarly aged Foursquare rums? I.e. Doorlys XO, Doorlys 12 and R L Seale 10 year

im a little bit deluded from equiano, the mauritian part is not so good, so the rum is mediocre in my opinion ...
