Let's make more use of the "follow" button

Thanks for the suggestions, having a 'Friends' filter for brand ratings has been on our to-do list for a while - I agree would be a good improvement.

We have also thought of a more granular view of who likes/follows - that one is a little lower down the list, for some reason a part of me also slightly likes the anonymity...
