Hello Everyone
Please describe rums aging for many years and not aged using the Solera method

There are many different options, I would prefert tropical aging at high abv to develop heavy and intensive flavours. My favorite finish would be a cognack casks finish.

Long fermentation, pot still distillation and tropical aging >9 years has the best effect on rum in my opinion.
