Flair cabinet

I have just upgraded to premium and found that a new default cabinet appeared - flair. I have no real use for it. Can I delete or rename it? My reason for upgrading was to create custom cabinets such as rated, open-unrated yet, closed and the standard wishlist? I apparently can do that, but "flair" sits second, which is annoying. Thank you.
