I upgraded to premium which was working, but a week later I don’t have access to it... I have the electronic receipt and everything

Sorry about that Dom - not sure what's going on :( Would you mind forwarding your receipt to rumratings@gmail.com - oddly I'm not seeing your RR email in our Stripe payment system.
