Problem with the android app

Sorry to hear you're having problems with the Android app. Is this happening on all pages or just some? Is it possible to upload a screen grab so we can understand what the problem looks like?

I checked it out on my android mobile, no problem at all. Try to reinstall the app. Using a computer is more comfortable. ;-)

Unfortunately ,re-installing it did'nt solve the problem. ☹️

By the way, I've just noticed that I'm able to open this topic from stream screen but it isn't there in the discuss screen. Anyone has the same problem?

Ah yes, you've noticed just last week we created a new 'Help' page with topics associated with the website - bugs, feedback, etc. So now all website related categories show on https://rumratings.com/help while all other categories are still on https://rumratings.com/forum. @plagal that is quite an odd problem you're experiencing, let me have a deeper look and get back to you.

Αndy you should not try any harder.Since no one else has the same problem i suppose that it has something to do with my device. So i tried in another device and there was no problem.So i tried to figure out what is that problem and i realised that tbis happens when i use the eco mode of my mobile (dark mode in order to save battery). Anyway i excluded rumratings app from this mode and everything came back to normal. But maybe it is a good idea to make some adjustments to the colors of fonts and background because many people use this eco mode and maybe will discourage them to use this great app. Really thank you for your interest!

I am in Canada and when I open the app now allI get is an entirely white screen. Deleted the app, reinstalled and same thing. I can sign into my account via a thread like this, but that's it. The app shows just a white screen and no tabs. I am running the latest version 1.1.1 which was updated 2-3 days ago 

Sorry you're having issues Andrew, we did just push an app update live to Android - could you please check to make sure you're on the newest version 1.1?
