I reviewed it on Amazon, as well (look for the 5-star review by NateHevens called "The Aerator + 7 Minutes = Great Taste"). I enjoy using it, but it's definitely possible that aerators are pseudoscience that I bought in to. I'm curious what thoughts y'all have on it, though... especially (and obviously) in the context of rum...

I'll admit I've tried it a few times, but honestly couldn't tell a difference. That said, I'm not a super taster by any extent - I do wonder if they work in general, and with rum specifically...?
I've done it with scotch and rum and bourbon and things like Jack Daniels and such. I'm no super taster either (believe me), but I notice a difference. Could just be me, though.
