That's something I've thought about over the years as I've seen this with whiskey sites. One main apprehension is if I start listing a few characteristics I worry people will continue wanting more and more and more, and what starts as a few quickly gets out of control. If there's a standard list of rum characteristics accepted by most experts I'd be interested in seeing it, could pretty easily add them to the ratings form.
