I tried Liberty Rum from a micro distillery in Atlantic City N.J. called Little Water Distillery. It is a clear rum and I am never a big fan of clear rums but this one is excellent, very smooth with a nice clean flavor. Probably the best clear rum I have tried. They are just about to release a dark rum and I can't wait to try it. If you can get your hands on Liberty Rum I highly recommend it. I am not a rum snob, I like what I like but I know good flavor when I taste it and this rum is well worth a try.
