Pure gimmick by the sounds of it. Not sure why they expect it to taste better for having been on a boat for 15 months. And the other problem is Hungarian oak. Many years ago, I used Hungarian oak in a wine cellar. Very average casks. Well enough made, but gave little to nothing to the wine....but they were cheap.
