Add a drop of water to the advanced options

Just catching up on this thread - I was at a Duppy Share tasting in London when they instructed the group to add a few drops of water after the initial taste. I have to say, for most rums a few water drops definitely brought out flavors I didn't notice before. I say go for a little water - especially if at the end of a tasting it really can't hurt much.
