Hi my wife recently visited Cuba and brought back a couple of bottles of Havana Club 7 year old from two different sources. The bottles are different.....so I'm wondering if one might be fake? Are there any tips for spotting fakes? I would post a pic but I can't figure out how to do it on this forum. Thanks.

I've never seen the bottle on the left, but my guess is both are legitimate and simply sold in different markets around the world. As in maybe the left is Europe and the right is UK?

Hey David! Both bottles are legit, the right one is the old design that is slowly transitioning, the left one is the current one that seems to be globally available. Content is the same as far as I know and tried.

You can find fake Bacardi and Havana Club in India, Goa. I have had couple.

Thanks everyone for your responses. The taller bottle on the right was purchased at a liquor store. The bottle on the left was purchased at the airport. I feel better about the taller bottle being real.

One is the old bottle, the other is the new bottle. The taller one is the old, the short fat one is the new. Both are real.
