Where have you been able to get those? They haven't been produced for several years now as SDM replaced it. Never had the change to try it, but heard good things about it! :-)

Rob, The the two bottles I received were brought back to me from the Bahamas. One was a gift and the 2nd one I paid the high price of 112.00 US. This was in the last year with the second bottle probably 6 months ago. I am not aware it hasn't been produced in years. Maybe the store had a few bottles left. My friends will be going again and I will try to get another...if so, I will post where. On the flip side, I was so close to a bottle of 15 year Havana Club a fee months ago. The person didn't think I would pay the price of 150.00 US for ii and didn't get it. She was in Cuda. Yes this is outrageous. But, the 15 year is getting very hard to find (I hear ( and would have made the sacrifice one time.

Rob, After reading your e-mail, I feel like an idiot. You are correct, the bottles I have are the Selection de Master (Spanglish)...I aplogize to all who have read my post. But I will say it's still 45 percent alcohol as the Barrel Proof and apparently made the same or close to it. Very good. Thank you for pointing out.

Havana Club Barrel Proof (not Seleccion) can still be bought, this month I managed to buy three 1L bottles from ebay. One is mine, two for friends :) price was about 70€ per bottle + shipping. It is from Italy. There are more in Italy, just need to have luck. Use google. I have not opened it yet, but can't wait :)
