An iconic drink that can't let you unmoved. Very floral in the nose but with lot of alcohol. Strong again in mouth. Burn in the tail but with nice after taste

In a fruit-based cocktail, this beautiful rum provides a good punch a persistent background taste. With a nice grassy aroma and an aftertaste of beeswax and overripe bananas is just what you need in a mixing agricole.

This is good, for a white rum. It actually does have those esters and flavours in there, which is a nice point!

Rhum blanc agricole. Pas trop mon genre. Acre et fort.

I have only seen Martinican cooking or baking with it!

Visited the Trois Rivieres distillery while vacationing in Martinique. Distillery tours were closed for the season but full open tasting bar was offered. Blanc 50 was priced at EUR 9 per bottle at the distillery. Pretty decent bottle and label design. Traditional very dry Rhum Agricole flavors complemented with plenty of grass and floral notes to your nose and palate. Strong burn at the end. Rhum Agricole lovers can add 2 points to the score.

50% ABV. Somewhat delicate nose. A little funky/plasticy, a little briny. Hint of fruit; pineapple?

Tried at Rumba in Seattle. Strange aroma but I guess I’m used to non Agricole rum. Fairly clean note. Not for sipping.

Trois Rivieres is one of favorite agricole producers. The rhums have a fresh grassy flavor at full 50% abv. Ideal for a 'ti-punch.

Colour- white
Flavour- fruity
Uses- mixer
A proper agricole not refind not smooth tastes like someone made it in the kitchen makes the perfect rum punch but i wouldnt drink neat

On the nose floral, citrusy, fruity
On the palate all that with slightly harsh alcoholic taste and some acidic grassiness.
Finishes quite short and dry.
Not preferably for sipping but goes down ok when its chilled, but as a mixer its very good stuff.
Obviously bit more alcoholic tasting than the 40% version

The 50% version is very decent for ti punch. Not at the level of a pere labat, but since I can't find them in my country, they do the work.

Krijg dit niet door mijn strot heen. Puur vuurwater.

It smells aromatic and herbal. It's white rum but with a heavy taste like rotten hay. Simply very bad for my taste. I prefer the sweetness of dark rims
