Aroma: vegetaal en ets 'chemisch'
Smaak: karamel en grassige tonen.
Met een abv van 50% maar daar merk ik niets van eigenlijk. Heel zacht en blijft lang hangen. Erg lekker.

Super rhum pour le ti punch ou pour des rhums arrangés. Il se boit même très bien pur sur glace

Ma revue porte sur la cuvée de l'océan issue de cannes du sud de l'ile.
Très tonique, avec un côté sauvage... Peut-être également une pointe iodée.
Ce rhum est très typé et à déguster sec.

Ce rhum est très bon pour le Ti'punch et autre cocktail.

50% ABV. Somewhat delicate nose. A little funky/plasticy, a little briny. Hint of fruit; pineapple?

The 50% version is very decent for ti punch. Not at the level of a pere labat, but since I can't find them in my country, they do the work.

In a fruit-based cocktail, this beautiful rum provides a good punch a persistent background taste. With a nice grassy aroma and an aftertaste of beeswax and overripe bananas is just what you need in a mixing agricole.

Trois Rivieres is a fine white agricole rum. It is sweet and well balanced, it has been awarded with a Silver medal at the Paris Agricole fair trade in 2012 and with a Gold medal the previous year.
It also exists with a percentage of alcohol of 55°, 62° and 70° (as it comes from the distillation column).

Petite note sur ce Rhum Agricole Trois Rivières 50° :)

Premières impressions, au nez, il est doux et aromatique. En bouche, il est puissant mais doux, très riche. La finale est longue sans être sur l'alcool.

Bref, il se laisse boire sec mais à consommer de préférence en Ti' Punch ou en Rhum Arrangé :)
