Rhum de caractères, fort et boisé. Je recommande.
Beautiful presentation, box and bottle. The price its ok, maybe good. Nice color and aroma and it has some magic inside. It is a little dry and has some tasty notes. I really recommend it.
high quality .. very nice ... soft rum to drink alone or with ice I like it
Good rhum, not top sugared, not top dry. But no "whaooo" effect : no surprise. Too classical.
A medium rum, a good start when you are having a tasting of multiple rums
Bought it way to expensive at a street sales men in Punta Cana. But money worth!
Vzhledem k ceně překvapivě chutný, i když tento typ rumů není můj oblíbený.
Nice bottle design, looks excuisite, Dry rum, nice pretty dark amber colour, Not too strong alcoholic smell, hints of Oak, leather, Brown sugar and Toffee. First tastes light and but not too sweet, feels oakey, leather, later becomes more bitter in the back of the mouth, also caramel taste and toffee, not the most complex but very enjoyable if u like dry rums. Not the most sweet rum but honest cask flavours. I like it a little more fruity and sweet. altough a good rum to sip.
I found this rum to be a strong smelling rum. The taste is OK if mixed with ice. I would usually use this for mixing with Coke or pineapple juice.
At $20-25, it 's clearly the king of the budget segment. Not very sweet, spicy, but a little flavor of alcohol. Drinks easily and much..
Aged 8-10 years in medium toasted casks.
Aroma is sweet, Taste contains buttery sweetness, vanilla.
Bit heavier, bit sweet and bit smoky.
I´ve got a good feeling about it.
Not a favourite but there are some nice flavours. Like the hint of caramel.
No it won’t compete with Plantation XO, but this is an absolutely delicious rum for its price. I would go so far as to say it is the very best rum for its price level. Very smooth, vanilla and caramel flavors with a touch of oak.
It s a very dry Rum.
If you Like it -good-
Small oak and wooden notes at the end, not too Sharp.
But somethings Missing i am Not shure.
Works with Coke and in Others Drinks.
Not too much differnece between the Gran anejo. - slightly less Sharp more flavours and more oak.
Good, okay style Spanish rum that’s very balanced overall. Smooth, not overly complex, well balanced
It's better than I thought. Reminds me a lot of the Kirk and Sweeney selections. Perfect for sipping on a hot day.
This is great rum straight up, provided you appreciate an bold, oaky, dry rum. It reminds me of my Cuban favorites, albeit this is a Dominican Rum. It's $ 50.00 in Quebec which is a great price for nice sipping rum. Can't ask for more in a rum. The fact that it is priced decent is irrelevant, just a bonus
Sweetened, a bit too simplistic. OK to sip, but expect little.
What a surprise. Good sirupy and sweet rum. I can realy recommend this one. Price-quality is good
