Barcelo Gran Anejo

Diesen Rum habe ich mir nebenbei in Spanien gekauft. Habe nicht viel erwartet, und auch nicht viel bekommen. Mir ist er geschmacklich zu sanft. Auf Eis ok. Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis

This was the first "real" rum i bought (earlier was Bacardi Razz and Morgan Spiced).
I felt real grown up then, but never finished the bottle. Found it a little to rough for my pallete then, so the rest ended in a batch of eggnog a few years ago.

Given where this sits in their lineup I was expected more.

Nose: Nothing really except for a little alcohol.
Feel: A litte oily. Harsher, medicinal aftertaste.
Taste: Light caramel taste. A little wood. Boring. Bland. No aftertaste.
Presentation: Nice bottle.
Price: 27 Canadian.

Neni moc jemny, spis silny a trpky. Min sladky, spis panak

This rum is not for drinking straight up, its way to harsh.
As a mixer it does alright and the drinks are enjoyable
but there are better ones out there at similar prices.

Makes me think of dominican republic great cuba libre

Pretty good, notes of coffee and toffee. Not that big of a burn.

Think this one goes best with a Coke, not getting much else that than the ALCOHOL taste.....

Den här rommen faller ganska platt.
Luktar och smakar lite vanilj och nöt men det finns inget djup i den. Smakar för mycket sprit i eftersmaken. Ett par droppar vatten eller lite is hjälper. Flaskan är dock trevlig
