Good value rum 35 a bottle can't go wrong nice and smooth

Great molasses aroma and little pepperiness. In the mouth i get the caramel sweet notes and some slight kick. The finish is not so long, but is good. Great navy style rum. Definitely will buy again.

I really enjoyed this rum. It's got so many corners to dig into and chase certain flavours and smells. You can easily taste the Demerara component, and I found the Jamaican funk not hard to find either despite only being 5% of the total rum. The Bajan stuff is harder to determine but probably is the reason the rum feels so well balanced. Gives me blackstrap bitterness and a liquorice tang but also plenty of funky sweetness. Frankly if this is close to what the navy was getting every day it's no wonder it was such a dark day when those rations ended.

Ve vůni je cítit ovoce jako ananas, mango a drevitost. V plné chuti je poznat cokolada a kava společně s pernikem. Závěr dlouhý s tónem ovoce zejména banánu.

Very rich. Lots and lots of molasses flavor from start to finish. Great mouthfeel, and smooth. Depth and body, and a long beautiful finish. Might not be a daily drinker because it is so flavorful, but works well for when you want something heavy.

This is my first English rum.
Nice gold color. I let us sit a bit with a large ball of ice. Taste was warm with hints of vanilla and a subtle sweetness.
Would love to try their older ones.

For the blend this is incredibly sweet and basically off sets everything ...

Mahogany colored with sweet aromas and tobacco
Full flavor taste with initial sweet notes followed by licorice and tobacco with a brandy like afterburn

Quite a nice rum, okay for sipping. Not great but certainly not bad!
