Didn’t see this one coming. As much as I like my sweet rums, the drier herbaceousness of this is really intriguing. Almost has a gin-like quality to it. Definitely can stand on its own two feet or be used as a mixer. Also might be a good gateway rum for people without a sweet tooth.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

In the distillery tasting room on 5/21/23. Pours classic gold. Aroma a bit absent other than an unusual curry spice. Not too bad of a spice bill in this one. Again, the Indian spices emerge. Milder pie spice of cinnamon and cloves as well. Wonderful blending of the spice burn with the alcohol heat to complete the finish.
