I already knew this is a great company. Near me. Very trustworthy and quality conscious. I’ve tried various other Caribbean rums. And the Penny Blue from Mauritius. I felt the Kirk & Sweeney 23 was just a bit heavy on the wood. This 6 year old is just what I’ve been looking for. A bit over proof. 45%. No added sugar or color. I trust this company but you can also see it in the color. And taste it. No added sweetness and mild wood. Perfect in my book. Great for sipping, but you know it’s 45%. I’ve added some water which eases up on the alcohol. I know this will be excellent for mixing. No doubt. This is a winner. I found it at a NH liquor store but they have a website. Check it out. https://flaghill.com/
