Bouche : goût toasté de caramel, bois brûlé, noisette et pain grillé avec une finale de goût d’épice.
Au final un bon rhum agricole, mais il y aura place à plus de complexité au niveau des arômes.

Nice light amber in bottle and glass. Nose was grassy, some green (black) pepper maybe nutmeg and oak. Still have some nice burn front and finish but between was a fruity mix of maybe pineapple and peaches, but not sweet at all. Finish, the alcohol was still pleasantly there with pepper and grass. Very fine finish. A quarter ice cube changes it, more fruity less alcohol, so it could be even more versatile. Permanent on the shelf.

This agricole rum has a nice taste and a good character despite being young, only 8 years old.

I found this Haitian rum to be good, but not great. I was hoping for a bit more complexity, and this fell a bit short. However still a nice rum overall, with a bit of bite.

I thought I liked most rums, but this was gross tasting. It smelled like medicine, and I felt faintly ill after drinking it.

Rum produced from sugar cane juice in french style, aged for a long time if compared to Martinique/Guadaloupe cousins.
A real 8 years old agricole, for a price under 30€ is a very good value for money.
I enjoy this rum neat, there is a very good balance between the fresh, dry notes of the sugar cane and the wooden notes of a sipping spirit.

At first sip, this rum goes down smooth but it bites with a powerful oak punch. Doesn't mix well in my opinion with cola, so neat or on the rocks it is. It tastes fantastic and has a genuine originality to it. It's my favourite Jamaican rum at this point! It's made from cane sugar which is a fresh change from big name rums using beat sugar or molasses. It isn't my favourite overall, but I highly recommend it nonetheless!

Rum classico, sapore neutro con un piccolo nota acerba. Va bene sia liscio che per cocktail.

It had lots of flavour and has a real strong kick to it.
