Fľaša tohto rumu je rovnaká ako má Dark Original či biely 3 Stars Artisanal, má však opletanie. Vôňa je typicky reznutá do exotického ovocia, chuť ho len potvrdzuje. Dominuje ananás, kokos, pomaranč, avšak nie až tak intenzívne, ako napríklad u sesterského Isle of Fiji. Príde mi tiež o chlp menej sladký ako Black Cask Barbados & Peru, čo vnímam pozitívne. Cítim tam určitú surovosť/ostrosť pri doznievaní, neklamnú známku kratšieho zrenia. Celkovo však subjektívny dojem úplne v poriadku. Nešokoval, nesklamal, je to starý dobrý Plantation za rozumnú cenu, znova málinko odlišne vychutený, dopĺňajúci tak širokú paletu značkou ponúkaných destilátov.

This is a diffet island to obtain rum from . In a online tasting session the plantation rep went on to say that the island will now exclusively sell only to plantation .....

The actual rum is quite dry but sweet with dried fruit notes . You can see the Jamaican style production notes in the sampling at the start of the pallete and towards the end the sugar takes over especially coconut.

You just cant go wrong with the Plantation Rums. This one is a bit dryer than most of the others. Nontheless a decent little Rum for when you dont want to open the "good bottles".
