Tasty, but not quite great
I was also impressed with this rum. A sip of this rum resembles a Jägermeister + gin + rum in one bottle and I can’t imagine that you can drink it diluted, except with a piece of ice.
Tried this one recently, after already making myself quite familiar with the rest of the range. It's thought to be the world's first CBD rum.
While I prefer the Dead Man's Fingers spiced overall, this is a pleasant change of pace.
Somewhat grassy (really don't know how else to say it), and fragrant. It's perfectly drinkable on it's own, and can be had with your standard rum mixers like Coke, ginger beer and Ting (trust me, I tasted this one extensively) but also quite refreshing with a basil tonic water.
Loved this, very sweet, citrusy and has a notably herby taste to it.
Addictive to keep drinking, it wants you to have another. Would buy again, in fact I’m going to order a bottle right now.
I had low expectations for this rum however it took me by surprised. One day I’ll think it’s dull and bland however the next day I can’t help but have more. There’s something intriguing and refreshing about it only the hemp flavour can achieve.
Sweetness, herbs and lime in the aroma. Very pretty herbal bouqet and too much sugar. Positive spirits ....... Будь в нём меньше сахара, я поставил бы 8/10. В России в названии заменили hemp на herbal.
I wasn’t much of a fan of the DMF spiced rum, but gave the hemp version a go on the recommendation of a liquor store attendant. I was expecting the hemp thing to be just a marketing gimmick, but instead found this to be a unique and pleasant rum. I mixed it with dry ginger and enjoyed the herbal, piney and milky coffee flavours. Good value for money if you’re looking for something a bit different.
