Brun. Duft let af røg og vanilje. Smag let af røg, sødme, frugt. Meget flot.

The lovechild of a Trinidad aged rum and a lightly peated whiskey. Surprising but lovely.

Not quite my idea of rum 6 out of 10

Nose is a bit flat, heavy in the burn with just a hint of smoke. Nice on the tongue with a heavy peat taste ending in a hint of menthol. Not a great sipper for someone who is not a Scotch drinker. Tried a few builds with straight coke being the best, 7-up okay and much to heavy for ginger ale. Have not tried blending and do not really see it as that.
Though not for me I believe someone who likes a heavier peated Scotch would like the extra flavors that can be found in this rum.
