A solid, serviceable rum

This is a versatile rum with a smoothness that is characteristic of EnglishSpirit.
It has subtle notes of raisin and banoffee, though the caramel is what comes through most strongly.
I have enjoyed this run straight, or with either Coke, ginger beer or Ting. While it's not the absolute best I've had in any of those categories, the fact that it's still very enjoyable in each of them makes it a solid 8 for me.
